A girl from Afghanistan seeking asylum in America has no choice but to place all her trust in a stranger. The stranger, a young girl herself, ignores stereotypes surrounding the asylee’s origins and opens her home for refuge. An unpredictable relationship becomes more powerful than the two realize.
